- Login to your preferred cryptocurrency platform where you keep your currency. Click on the ‘Send/Receive’ tab. Insert the address provided at checkout via email into the ‘Recipient’ tab. Insert your order payment amount in the ‘Amount’ tab.
- Please note it is important to not include any details of your order, order number or any information about PureRawz during the payment process.
- Click on the ‘Send Funds’ button. You will be sent a text message to your mobile number with a one-time pin used to confirm payment. This may differ depending on the app you use.
STEP 2
- Once you have completed your payment, find your Transaction ID/Hash on your online Crypto account (not always provided on the app). We need the full Hash number in order to verify your payment. Take a screenshot of your payment and email us at sales@purerawzofficial.com .Please include your order number in your email, as this will help us accelerate the order- completion process.
- Please take note this process may take up to 48h to process whereafter shipping can take place.
